~Lavender cream~

A quiet thought
from quiet words
That grew
Louder and louder

I say a prayer
With every
Heartbeat
You can
Never know
For sure

Down to
a whisper
can you hear me,
I have a ticket
to the moon

Lavender cream
wine
All oysters
And no pearls
open hands
are hard
to hold onto anyway

Follow if
you want to,
just don’t
hang around
it’s all uncharted
Easy to
Get lost
This is too real,
too boring

Don’t start
with your
kaleidoscope heart
wating
all the colors
shimmer and fade away

Are you
moving your bones?
I laugh, did you hear me?
Regrets
And hope
lineup your door,
realing of your own
imagination

I’ve been
tired lately
Too tired for coffee?
no I’ll die
before I give up coffee.
Coffee
and doughnuts
In bed

Strong coffee
warming up
my fingers in this,
sweaters and sun kissed,
like a apple
on the tree hiding
behind the leaves,
I was
hard to reach
All I need
Is the air
I have to breathe
But still I’m searching

Parked by
the lake
for a reprieve
Soft and lonely
We breathe
At the same time
circles in the air
Following where
the birds fly

my cheeks
are fire engine red
racing like
spotlights on your skin,
open up to me
even though
you see a gallery
of broken hearts,
as above
so below

I won’t
freeze you out
Like I’ve
ever been
I won’t freeze
you out
My heart
is open

It’s all going
so perfectly wrong,
delicate lily lines
like your touch
trembling on
my skin,
pale moonlight
Haunt the
quiet corners
faith isn't
something you have,
it's something
you find

How long can
I keep waving
Past
this distance

Still I’m searching
Even the air
Smells different

We can’t afford
to waste it
the air
like cold
cotton candy

A key
that could use
a little turning
so much secrets
i like to keep
Dragging memories
Down these halls

Just takes
one push
to get the dominos rolling
Keep me close
As the days
Roll by

Strip away
Secrecy and shame
Scary to say
Outlod

But it’s dust
on the canvas,
we have to forget,
Now we're back
to the beginning
it’s a new feeling
no one knows yet

Just because
Everything is
changing doesn’t
mean it hasn’t
Been that
way before
pulled in
so many
different directions

A tired song
plays on
the tired radio,
a rerun of your
Heartbeats

Words made
to cling to
each other,
soon you’re
going to
make a
huge commotion

you can't
get rid
of your demons,
you can
only rise above them
Silence
Your ego

Once you’ve
been the center
of somebody else’s world,
is it possible
to be anything else?

Moving in highways
Pushing limits
isn’t all bad,
it helps to
work out where you’re are

you spent your life
looking through
a keyhole,
now you hear
it can be widened,
don’t push it away

Whatever happens,
I’ll cross the street
to shake your hand.
I’ll never forget
what you’ve done for me
