it's a jungle
out there
chaos confuses
the mind
muddles
thoughts
even though
I smile
it's hatd
to truly
let anyone in
I just end up
stumbling around
grasping
at straws
and ghosts
trying to find
solid ground
again
to look
past all these
beautiful lies
I wear
a mask
velvet and unwavering
wind chimes
drowsey in the wind
like glass pieces
falling against
each other
moaning
like something forgotten
peaceful illusion
never changes
into something
real
